In my opinion, teachers should not be strict because it might make students feel uncomfortable which will affect their performance in class.

You should always raise your hand, ask help, and ask questions if you do not understand.

However, if your teacher is strict you probably will not ask for help because you might be scared of them.

I understand why some teachers are strict.

They are strict because they want you to pass.

However, strict teachers often tend to talk to their students with a loud voice.

Teachers should be strict but they should not talk to their students in a loud voice.

If you talk to your students in a loud voice then it will make them feel uncomfortable and they will probably not ask for help or ask questions because you probably made them uncomfortable.

If you talk to your students in a gentle voice, they will feel comfortable and they will ask for help and ask you questions.
